Q/A
Question: Ifdelayed is handling my case. What will happen now?
We are evaluating available options for managing ongoing cases (including cases before court) for all our customers. We will get back with more information shortly by publishing updated information on our website.
Question: I have received information about payment of compensation. What should I do?
Please report your claim for compensation by filling out the form on Ifdelayed’s customer portal by using the following URL:https://claim.ifdelayed.com/login Remember to save all receipts and all other documentation (such as order confirmation, delivery notes etc) to support your claim for compensation.
Question: I have an ongoing case and I am a Premium customer?
Handling of premium services and cases (Ifdelayed Premium, Ifdelayed Förseningsskydd and BagSecure) is also put on hold for the time being. It is possible that the handling will be resumed in the future, if the business of Ifdelayed (or part thereof) will be acquired by another company. It is however too early to inform if and when that will happen. We will get back with more information shortly.
If you have received information about payment of compensation please report your claim for compensation by filling out the form on Ifdelayed’s customer portal by using the following URL:https://claim.ifdelayed.com/login. Remember to save all receipts and all other documentation (such as order confirmation, delivery notes etc) to support your claim for compensation.
Question: What measures should I take if I have a claim against Ifdelayed?
If you have a claim against Idelayed that arose prior to the bankruptcy (you have for example payed for a service in advance which, due to the bankruptcy, you may no longer use), you should report your claim by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Apart from reporting the claim we also ask you to send documentation that supports your claim and information about when the claim arose.
Question: Will I receive compensation for my claim from Ifdelayed’s bankruptcy estate?
It is too soon to assess whether there will be sufficient funds in the bankrutpcy estate to be able to make distribution payments to the creditors. All creditors that have reported their claims will receive further information later on.
